Blazing Laser Engraving is in Manchester, New Hampshire.
The store sells genuine Zippo lighters and related merchandise. A custom-engraved lighter is a separate item from a catalog lighter.
Free US shipping
Shipping is free to the 50 US states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. There is no minimum order.
This is the shipping offer in place now. It can change later.
Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, armed-forces AA, AE, and AP addresses, and international destinations are not included. An order cannot be completed to those places.
A post office box is not treated as its own case. An address in the 50 states or Washington, DC that can be shipped receives free shipping.
No carrier, handling time, or delivery date is promised. Once a carrier accepts the parcel, the time in transit belongs to that carrier.
What is shipped
Zippo lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. Lighter fluid is not offered.
Standard Zippo products
An unused Zippo in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The customer pays return shipping for an ordinary change-of-mind return.
Custom-engraved products
A custom-engraved product cannot be returned for a change of mind once engraving has begun.
An incorrect, damaged, or defective custom order is still addressed under the section below.
Nothing on this page removes a right the law gives a buyer. A published return rule does not waive those rights.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Blazing Laser will resolve a qualifying incorrect, damaged, or defective product with a replacement, a refund, or another applicable remedy.
When the error or qualifying defect is Blazing Laser’s responsibility, Blazing Laser covers reasonable return or replacement shipping.
Report the order through the contact form or Facebook Messenger at m.me/BlazingLaserEngraving. Include the order number. Photographs help the studio see the problem.
Refunds
Where a return is required, an approved refund is processed within five business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
A bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. This page does not set that posting time.
Sales tax
Checkout does not add sales tax.
This is not a promise that a New Hampshire business, or a buyer, can never owe sales tax to another state.
Warranty
Zippo’s repair program belongs to Zippo Manufacturing Company. This page does not add a separate Blazing Laser warranty.
