This policy describes Blazing Laser Engraving in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Questions about personal information can go through the contact form or through Facebook Messenger at m.me/BlazingLaserEngraving. The contact form is delivered by email to MarkAshland@gmail.com.
Information the store collects
The contact form collects a name, an email address, an optional phone number, and a message. That message is emailed to the studio. The website does not keep a separate copy of the message. Messages that look automated are rejected.
Checkout collects the name, email, phone, billing address, and shipping address needed for the order, plus the items and totals. The store keeps that order on this website.
Card numbers are entered in Stripe’s payment form. Blazing Laser does not store card numbers. Stripe tells the store whether the payment succeeded and the amount. The store keeps the order record.
An optional customer account stores the account email and the orders placed with it.
A design or artwork saved in the Zippo Designer on this website is stored for the customer account that created it. Designs saved on the previous Blazing Laser website stay in the business archive. They are not shown in this store.
Cookies and scripts
WooCommerce can set a session cookie when a cart exists. WordPress sets login cookies when someone signs in. Those cookies run the store. They are not a separate advertising program.
Stripe’s payment script can load on checkout while card payment is offered. Stripe describes the payment data it processes in its own notice.
The website host, Hostinger, may load its Reach service on public pages. That service may set its own cookies.
This store has not added Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or a Facebook advertising pixel. The Facebook control on the site is a Messenger link to the studio page.
Who receives information
Hostinger hosts the website and provides the Reach service. The host’s mail service sends the store’s messages.
Store email is sent from mark@blazinglaser.com. Replies to customer order messages go to MarkAshland@gmail.com. The contact form is delivered to that same address.
Stripe processes the card payment. The store keeps the order. The owner, who operates the store, can read the order, account, and saved-design records.
Opening Facebook Messenger sends that conversation to Facebook under Facebook’s own terms. The store does not run a Facebook advertising pixel.
No email newsletter and no shipping-label service is connected to this website.
The store does not sell personal information.
How long records are kept
Order, account, refund, and saved-design records stay on the website so the store can fill an order, answer a question, and keep a record of the sale. This policy does not set a fixed number of years after which those records are deleted.
A request to see or correct personal information can be sent through the contact form. The store will respond to a request it is required to answer.
