The store
These terms apply to Blazing Laser Engraving in Manchester, New Hampshire and to orders placed on this website.
Browsing the catalog does not create an order. A catalog lighter can be purchased when that model is in stock, the shipping address is in the 50 US states or Washington, DC, and payment succeeds. A model that is out of stock cannot be purchased. The store does not accept backorders.
The price shown for a catalog Zippo is the customer retail price. A custom-engraved item uses the finish price shown in the Zippo Designer. That sale does not reduce the stock of a catalog model.
Products
Catalog merchandise is genuine Zippo product. Zippo is a trademark of Zippo Manufacturing Company. Blazing Laser engraves and sells. Zippo manufactures.
A catalog photograph is the manufacturer image for that model.
Custom engraving is produced from the design submitted in the Zippo Designer. Once engraving has begun, that item cannot be returned because the customer changed their mind. An incorrect, damaged, or defective custom order is still addressed.
Orders, shipping, payment, and tax
Completing checkout places the order at the price, quantity, and shipping method shown there. Free shipping applies to an address in the 50 US states or Washington, DC. There is no minimum order. No handling time or delivery date is promised.
Shipping destinations, returns, and refunds are stated on the Shipping & Returns page. An unused standard Zippo in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with the customer paying return shipping for a change of mind. Where a return is required, an approved refund is processed within five business days after the returned product is received and inspected. A bank or card provider may take more time to post the credit.
Blazing Laser resolves a qualifying incorrect, damaged, or defective product with a replacement, a refund, or another applicable remedy, and covers reasonable return or replacement shipping when that problem is its responsibility.
Card payment is processed by Stripe. Blazing Laser does not store card numbers.
Checkout does not add sales tax. This is not a statement that this business, or a buyer, can never owe tax to another state.
Rights these terms do not remove
These terms do not remove a right the law does not allow a store to waive.
These terms do not set a liability cap, name a governing law, or choose a court.
Zippo’s repair program belongs to Zippo. These terms do not add a separate Blazing Laser warranty.
This website’s content
The store’s logo, page artwork, and writing belong to Blazing Laser Engraving. Manufacturer product images remain the manufacturer’s images.
A model number and a product photograph are shown so a customer can identify a lighter.
